I created Body Lab as a place to inquire about all the things needed to be successful in a human body.
Through years of personal experimentation and studying with many teachers from around the world, I have found a way to incorporate my dance experience, Rolfing® skills and somatic curiosity into a unique approach for changing old movement patterns and alleviating pain. I want you to leave every session feeling empowered and curious about the life you want to live in your body.
Rolfing® can restore your body's goodness. Tap into your body's innate intelligence and feel enlivened again. Life is too short to feel old, no matter what your current age is!
Rolfing® can be done as single sessions to intervene with an issue, but I highly recommend exploring the 10 Session Series. Each session works on a different block of the body. Most people are well suited for the 10 series.
This is a place for me to provide information and resources. Most of what I write is anecdotal and comes from my observations and inner explorations. I am not a scientific person, nor do I wish to be one. If you are looking for that kind of information, you may wish to explore my friend and colleague Kevin Frank's website: resourcesinmovement.com
